Lifting System

Designed to be part of the electrotechnical systems testing zone, this system is intended to have students wire various types of asynchronous motor starters. It is built around an electric hoist combined with a containment cabinet integrated into the assembly.

Frame:

• 1620 x 1500 mm base, 2 or 3 element module
• Level adjustment for uneven floors
• Expanded sheet metal protection (8 mm mesh)
• Access via gate on base with electrical contact and key lock
• Total mass in operating state: 680 kg

Mechanism:

• Motor-reducer at the base
• Force: 350 daN
• Speed: 20 m/min
• Drum winding capacity: 24 m of 5mm diameter cable (first layer)
• Parallel gear reducer i=28. 3, oil bath lubricated
• Threaded drum
• Electromagnetic fail-safe brake on slow shaft at drum output
• Rotary limit switch with 6 adjustable contacts
• Modular metallic load: 250 kg (5 elements)
• Upper and lower limit switches
• Emergency override via key contact

Instrumentation:

• 1 tachodynamo output at hoist shaft (fast shaft)
• 1 digital speed indicator with overspeed cutoff at 110% of rated speed (installed on safety cabinet)
• 1 analog speed output
• 1 force sensor at pulley level with overload cutoff at 110% of rated load, 1 analog force output, digital force indicator

Safety Cabinet:

• Supply: 400V+N+T, 24V control with isolation transformer
• Key emergency stop
• Protection: thermomagnetic differential circuit breaker 30mA + 25A fuses on primary.
