Operative Part:
Options:
Feed reservoir (polyethylene), 200L capacity, removable lid and drain
Denitrification tank (transparent acrylic), cylindrical with conical bottom, 20L capacity, draining removable lid with probe supports
Nitrification/Aeration tank (transparent acrylic), cylindrical with conical bottom, 40L capacity, draining removable lid with probe supports; air distribution by flexible porous tube at tank bottom
Washing tank (stainless steel), conical bottom, 20L capacity, removable lid
In-line cooler (2 coaxial tubes, 2 flexible hoses, 1 solenoid valve for cold water or cooling unit)
Dosing pump 0β30 L/h from feed reservoir to denitrification reactor
Recycling pump from denitrification to nitrification reactor, 0β140 L/h
Stainless steel centrifugal pump 0β1000 L/h up to 4 bar with speed drive, and centrifugal pump 0β400 L/h
Compressor with startup silencer 0β2000 L/h, 4 bar; pressure gauge, control valve, filter
Ceramic ultrafiltration membrane
Stainless steel pneumatic valve (can be replaced by electric valve if compressed air is unavailable)
3 pressure probes, touchscreen display (options 2 and 3)
2 float-type flow meters, or 2 electromagnetic flow meters with 4β20 mA output (0β30 L/h and 0β1000 L/h ranges) (options 2 and 3)
