The Fully Automatic High-Temperature Kinematic Viscometer is designed to determine the kinematic viscosity of liquid asphalts, road oils and distillation residues at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for fuels, base oils, formulated oils, vacuum residues, additives, crude oils, waxes, heavy fuel oils, polymers and other highly viscous samples. The system supports viscosity measurements up to 120,000 mm²/s at temperatures up to 150°C. It features automatic sample introduction, preheating, precise temperature control, flow-time measurement, solvent cleaning and drying. The instrument uses thermally sensed Ubbelohde-based viscometer tubes for reliable measurements, including opaque and unstable samples. Integrated touchscreen controls and advanced PC software support data storage, calculations, reporting and laboratory data management.
