EXPERIMENT SETUP CONSISTS OF:
- Optical Bench – 1/2 m length optical bench with 4 kinematic mounts, aluminium rail with heavy base and levelling screws
- Photosensitive Semiconductors – LDR, photodiode, phototransistor and solar cell
- White Light Source – With power supply, mains operated
- Semiconductor Diode Laser with power supply, 3 mW and 625 nm wavelength output
- Opto-Electronics Characteristics Kit – Regulated variable power supply, digital voltmeter, digital current meter and variable load
