+91 98967 93832This project seeks a new solution to more efficiently capture carbon dioxide from power plants and industries. In order to address this significant challenge we currently face, the European Union launched the MOF4AIR research project to tackle the efficient capture of carbon dioxide in power plants and industries. At, we have developed a solution that allows the testing of MOF-type materials for CO2 capture in industrial environments.

to our economy, including power generation, natural gas processing, and the production of clean hydrogen.
Point-source carbon capture can be applied across sectors essential to our economy, including cement, steel, fertilizers,
power generation, and natural gas processing, and can also be used in the production of clean hydrogen. Carbon
Dioxide Removal (CDR), such as Direct Air Capture (DAC), plays a crucial role in mitigating climate change by addressing
both current and historical emissions. Implementing and developing these technologies is vital to achieving net zero
emissions goals and protecting the environment for future generations.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The heart of the plant is an oscillating pressure adsorption system. This system consists of three columns containing
the MOF material, which retains the CO2 when the exhaust gas passes through these columns. Subsequently, this CO2
is recovered by creating a vacuum inside the columns. The configuration with three columns, along with the complex
control and management system, allows for continuous operation, resulting in a very high degree
of recovery and purity.
The exhaust gas from each industry undergoes various pre-treatment stages where pressure, temperature, humidity,
and contaminant concentrations are adjusted to create favorable inlet conditions for the MOF.
These plants have been designed to treat exhaust gas flows from the combustion stage and remove CO2 using an MOF
material. It is important to note that the plants can be operated manually or remotely and can run continuously 24
hours a day, 7 days a we
