Refiner – Destoner

This unit is used to produce fruit juices and pulps, vegetable mousses, sauce bases, bisques and fish soups.

Technical Description: The centrifugal product system inside a sieve achieves yields well above traditional methods and produces a finished product free from bitterness, for better preservation. It handles soups, bisques, sauce bases, fruit juice and pulp extraction, and vegetable fibre separation.

Sieving of fruit for jam, marmalade, ready meals or creams
Destoning of fruit: prunes, cherries, exotic fruits, for pulp production
Throughput: 120 to 150 kg/h, depending on preparation type
