• A frame providing machine support with 4 feet on a table or workbench
• A protective cover
• A temperature-regulated heating device
• An injection system for introducing material under pressure via a manually-actuated injection screw
• A moving platen carrying the ejector assembly adaptable to different cavities
• Two guide columns for moving platen translation
• A handwheel for mould opening and closing
• A cooling circuit with water reservoir for the fixed platen and feed block
• A cylindro-conical stainless steel granule feed hopper
• A PLC with touchscreen for visualizing and modifying injection parameters and controlling the injection cycle
• Three test protocols (modifiable)
• Two temperature regulators controlling injection temperature in two zones
