• The device can accommodate up to 5 stacked °450 mm x 100 mm sieves or 8 stacked °450 mm x 50 mm standard test sieves simultaneously.

Wide Sieving Range :

Working Principle :

Unlike conventional vibrating sieve machines, this device operates on a shaking-based sieving principle, ensuring efficient material separation through a powerful shaking motion instead of vibration.
The machine applies a strong horizontal and circular shaking movement, which allows the material to be evenly distributed across the sieve surface, enhancing particle passage through the mesh. Instead of vertical vibrations commonly found in traditional sieving machines, this system utilizes a wider-angle, high-power horizontal shaking motion for better sieving efficiency.
