The Fully Automatic Petroleum Testing Centrifuge is designed to determine sediment and water content in crude oil, fuel oils, middle distillate fuels and biodiesel. It is also suitable for evaluating precipitation numbers, demulsibility characteristics, trace sediments and insoluble materials in used lubricating oils. The centrifuge features a touchscreen control panel for setting temperature, test duration, speed and rotor assembly. Its automatic acceleration, speed control and braking functions ensure convenient and consistent operation. The unit accommodates long, short and pear-shaped centrifuge tubes and includes safety interlocks, thermal insulation and an optional nitrogen purge function for petroleum laboratory applications.
