WORKING PRINCIPLE

• The concentrator operates using centrifugal force to separate particles based on density.

Process Flow :

• Slurry feed enters the rotating bowl
• High-speed rotation creates strong centrifugal force

Heavy particles :

• Move outward and get trapped in the bowl

Light particles :

• Flow outward and are discharged as tailings

• Concentrated heavy minerals remain inside the bowl

Key Concept :

• Separation efficiency is significantly higher than conventional gravity methods due to high G-force (up to 200 times gravity
