Air Conditioner Training System

The system is based on a window-type air conditioner similar to those used in daily life. It is designed to allow students to observe the operation of internal components and the state of the refrigerant while the system is running.

From the front panel, four refrigerant sight glasses are provided, enabling clear observation of the refrigerant before and after passing through the four major elements:

• Compressor
• Condenser
• Capillary tube
• Evaporator

Students can use built-in gauges and meters to draw the Mollier chart and analyze the performance of the air conditioner.

By observing the refrigerant state at different phases of the refrigeration cycle, students can better understand the operating principles of a window-type air conditioner in a clear and practical manner.
