The Mini Ice Plant Training System provides a learning platform for understanding ice-making methods used in traditional ice factories. It integrates teaching content with practical application through a physical plant layout and software-based monitoring and analysis of the refrigeration system.
The system includes a brine cycle refrigeration process, allowing users to adjust the concentration of brine made from different raw materials such as propylene glycol and ethylene glycol. It also enables students to study the effect of brine concentration on different frozen objects.
The system adopts industrial ice-making methods. Through actual operation, users can learn the relationship between cooling capacity and different cooling methods, including forced air cooling and water cooling.
It features a built-in Human Machine Interface and operates according to standard refrigeration process control systems.
