Chilled Water Refrigeration System Control Trainer

The commonly used control components of a chilled water unit are mounted on the panel layout for easy learning.

A three-phase motor is used in place of a compressor, allowing students to perform hands-on practice step by step, starting from basic concepts such as:

• Interlocking circuits
• Motor start-up
• Control circuits for forward and reverse rotation

It also enables advanced exercises, including complete control circuits of reciprocating and screw-type chilled water units.

The pressure components in this trainer are activated by direct vapor pressurization, making the system closer to real industrial conditions. This approach replaces traditional teaching components that require hot or cold water for operation.
