Conical Conductor Small

The Small Conical Conductor consists of a brass cone mounted on an ebonite rod and fitted on a metal base. It is designed for physics experiments demonstrating the distribution of electric charge and electric field intensity on a pointed conductor. In a conical conductor, the electric field intensity is higher near the tip, resulting in a non-uniform electric field. This makes the apparatus useful for demonstrating how charge tends to accumulate at pointed regions and how charge expulsion is influenced by the potential gradient.
