The Perfusion System for Cell Isolation is designed for harvesting individual cells from isolated organs such as mouse, rat and guinea pig heart, liver and other organs. The system features low dead-space volume and dual stainless steel warming coil circuits for blanching and enzymatic solutions. It supports in-situ and ex vivo perfusion and can be configured for cardiomyocyte isolation and other organ cell isolation applications. Cardiomyocyte Isolation :

• Jacketed heart chamber mounted on a movable platform

• Suitable for cardiomyocyte isolation from isolated hearts

Perfusion System :
