Compact 5/9 Holes Box for Behavioral Research test

The Compact 5/9 Holes Box is designed for evaluating attention performance in laboratory animals using visual discrimination tasks. The system consists of a test chamber with food or liquid dispensing options, a computer connection interface and software for experiment control and data analysis. It provides up to 9 hole positions, allowing different numbers of holes and varying levels of test difficulty. Each hole is equipped with an infrared photocell beam for detecting nose-poke responses and an internal LED for providing adjustable visual cues. The system supports sustained attention, impulsive behavior and lateralized discrimination studies, including the 5-choice serial reaction time task.
