Compact Transducer Amplifier for Physiology Lab

Compact DC bridge-based transducer amplifier and signal conditioner designed for pressure, force, displacement and other bridge-based transducers. The amplifier is factory adapted and calibrated for use with a specific transducer and cannot be modified for use with another transducer once configured. The amplifier and selected transducer must be ordered together. It provides 5 VDC transducer excitation, amplifies the signal and produces an output voltage in the range of ±4 V. Gain and zero offset can be adjusted using trimmer controls. The analog output can be connected to a suitable data acquisition system or other device accepting a high-level ±4 V signal.
