Living Chamber for Activity Wheel for Physiological Research Instrumentation

The Living Chamber for Activity Wheel is a clear polycarbonate chamber designed for large rodents and provides a home environment with convenient access to an activity wheel. The chamber attaches to the activity wheel using thumb screws, allowing easy movement between the home environment and running wheel. The tunnel opening and tunnel are enlarged to accommodate larger animals. The chamber includes a food hopper, water bottle holder, water bottle and stainless steel sipper tube. A manual guillotine door positioned at the tub side of the stainless steel tunnel can be used to restrict animal movement when required. The chamber provides sufficient space to serve as a home for the animal and is designed for convenient long-term activity studies.
