Patch Clamp Amplifier For Preclinical Research Instruments

The amplifier features adjustable current gain to meet different experimental requirements through three available dual resistive feedback probes. The gain is determined partly by the feedback resistor value in the headstage, allowing flexible current measurement across a wide range. Available headstage configurations include 1 GΩ/10 MΩ, 10 GΩ/10 MΩ and 10 GΩ/100 MΩ. The range of feedback resistors supports current recording outputs from 1 mV/nA to 10 mV/fA. Different probe configurations can be selected according to specific experimental needs.
