Mechanical Grease Worker for Oil and Petroleum Testing Equipment

The Mechanical Grease Worker is designed to perform worked penetration and prolonged worked penetration tests to determine the consistency of lubricating greases. The instrument consists of a steel grease worker mounted on a sturdy base and driven by a gear reduction motor. It operates according to the required stroke length and rate for standardized grease testing.

An electronic preset counter automatically stops the drive motor after the selected number of strokes, up to 99,999. The steel grease worker includes a threaded cup and cover, a plunger plate with shaft and handle, and a vent cock for temperature measurement. Spring-loaded clamps secure the grease worker during operation, while built-in pins facilitate disassembly after testing.
