Rapid Flash Tester Closed Cup for Oil and Petroleum Testing Equipment

The Rapid Flash Point and Sustained Burning Tester is designed to verify the flash point or sustained burning characteristics of small liquid samples over a temperature range of −30°C to 300°C. It provides rapid flash/no-flash test results in approximately one minute for flash points below 100°C using a 2 mL sample.

The instrument features semi-automatic operation and a digital temperature display. The operator sets the required test temperature and introduces a 2 mL or 4 mL sample into the sample cup. Once the instrument reaches the selected temperature, the test flame is applied and the result is observed. The closed-cup model is suitable for routine flash point testing, while open-cup models can be used to evaluate sustained burning characteristics of selected liquid mixtures.
