+91 98967 93832The reactor is the core element of a chemical production facility, where starting substances (reactants) react to form new substances (products). The reactor must maintain suitable conditions for an optimal reaction process, particularly with regard to temperature. Different reactor types are used according to the requirements of the process.
The supply unit serves as a supply system for six different chemical reactor types. The selected reactor is mounted onto the supply unit and securely positioned using two pins. For continuous operation, two tanks for the reactants are arranged on the trainer. The supply unit and reactor are hydraulically connected using hoses with quick-release couplings for convenient attachment.
Two pumps convey the reactants into the reactor, while the retention time can be adjusted through the pump speed. An additional tank and pump are provided for collecting and transferring the resulting product. A heating water circuit with a pump, tank and heater allows the reactor temperature to be controlled.
The cold-water circuit can be connected to a suitable water chiller. Conductivity and temperature inside the reactor are measured using combined sensors. The switch cabinet includes the necessary controls for operating the stirrers in the different reactor types. Measured values are digitally displayed on the switch cabinet and can also be transmitted directly to a PC via Ethernet for analysis using the supplied data acquisition software.
