Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil & Petroleum Products for Oil and Petroleum Testing Equipment

The Automatic Vapor Pressure Analyzer is designed to determine the vapor pressure of volatile liquid petroleum products, including crude oil, gasoline, jet fuel, solvents, hydrocarbons, and hydrocarbon-oxygenate mixtures. It is suitable for analyzing automotive spark-ignition fuels with or without oxygenates.

The instrument operates using a benchtop design with one-button operation. The sample is introduced into a nickel-plated aluminum chamber, where its temperature is controlled using a Peltier thermoelectric device. A high-resolution pressure transducer continuously monitors pressure and compensates for variations. An integrated touchscreen provides convenient instrument control and operation.

The analyzer supports automatic sample introduction through an internal piston and valve system and can accommodate a siphon tube, syringe, or pressurized cylinder. It also includes integrated sample shaking, data storage, and multiple communication and output interfaces.
