Extraction Process Study Teaching Equipment

Extraction Process Study is designed for practical laboratory investigation of solid-liquid extraction processes. The equipment provides a hands-on platform for studying the principles of solvent extraction and evaluating the influence of temperature, particle size and mixing on extraction efficiency.

The system enables students to investigate both cold and hot solvent extraction processes and determine the efficiency of extraction when changing the size of solid particles. The effect of mixing on the extraction process can also be studied under controlled laboratory conditions.

A program-controlled photocolorimeter is provided for determining the optical density of solutions, while a sample grinder, temperature sensor, electronic unit and control panel support the experimental process. The equipment can also be connected to a laptop for data handling and analysis.
