Fluidization Process Study Teaching Equipment

Fluidization Process Study is designed for practical laboratory investigation of fluidization processes and the formation of two-phase flows involving air and granular materials. The equipment provides a hands-on platform for studying the behavior and main characteristics of fluidized beds under different air flow conditions.

The system enables experimental determination of relationships between the characteristic parameters of the fluidization process and the flow rate, density, particle size, particle shape and initial height of the granular layer.

Students can investigate the structure of the granular layer as a function of air flow velocity and determine the relationship between pressure drop across the material layer and air flow velocity. The equipment is suitable for chemical engineering, process engineering and fluid mechanics laboratories.
