Fundamentals of Humidity Measurement Training Set

Air humidity measurement plays an important role in many industrial applications, including drying processes and air conditioning of buildings and vehicles. Different measurement methods are used to determine humidity, and their characteristics can be studied and compared through practical experimentation.

This Humidity Measurement Teaching Equipment is designed to demonstrate and compare four different methods of air humidity measurement. It includes two mechanical instruments, a psychrometer and hair hygrometer, along with two electronic instruments, a capacitive humidity sensor and a hygrometer with synthetic fiber and combined temperature sensor.

The core of the trainer is a climatic chamber with a transparent door. The chamber can be humidified and dehumidified to create different humidity conditions for comparative measurements. An ultrasonic atomizer is used for humidification, while a Peltier cooling element provides dehumidification. A fan ensures continuous air circulation and good mixing inside the chamber.
