+91 98967 93832Different physical processes can be used to measure temperature. Temperatures can be read directly from a scale, for example through the expansion of a measuring medium, or measured electronically using temperature sensors. Electronic measurement allows measured signals to be further processed or transmitted to controllers and external displays.
This temperature measurement teaching equipment is designed to carry out and compare different temperature measurement methods. It includes liquid and bimetal thermometers, as well as a thermocouple, Pt100 resistance thermometer and NTC thermistor with different protective sleeves for electronic temperature measurement. A psychrometer with two liquid thermometers is provided for determining relative air humidity.
The temperature sensors can be attached to a height-adjustable device positioned above the experimental tank. A fan helps maintain nearly constant ambient conditions. A separate heating tank with an electronically controlled heater supplies water at temperatures up to approximately 80°C. Heated water at a specified temperature is transferred to the experimental tank, where the sensors are immersed to begin temperature measurement.
Measured values can be read as analogue or digital values. A 3-channel line recorder can continuously record electronic temperature sensor readings over time, allowing comparison of their different response times. Defined temperature changes, steady-state behavior and transient temperature behavior can also be studied.
Manufactured by Atico Export with a focus on precision, durability and consistent performance for technical education and practical training applications.
